About the event
Take a live, in-person class with Tara, featuring the revolutionary ELDOA spinal therapy method created by world renound Osteopath Dr Guy Voyer DO. This athletic stretch class is for all fitness levels and is beloved on Tara's new app! ELDOA is being used by professional athletes to recover from injury, to feel better, improve performance and enhance posture. In this one hour event, Tara will take participants thru her favorite, unique high pay-off exercises and stretches to make you feel better and stand taller.
