Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Summary Service Charge: -All cancellations incur a $150 service charge—no exceptions. No Refund Within 30 Days: -If you cancel within 30 days of the course or seminar start date, no refund will be issued. Rescheduling Option: -You may reschedule once within 12 months of the original start date. -You must notify Tara Lyn Emerson by email (info@taralynemerson.com) at least 5 days before the original course start date. -Notifications via social media are not accepted. -You can only reschedule to an equivalent certification course taught by Tara Lyn Emerson. -Rescheduling does not entitle you to a refund. Late Cancellation or No-Show: -If you cancel within 5 days of the course or don’t show up, you lose your course credit and/or must pay the full course amount.
