GROUP INTERMEDIATE /ADV. STRENGTH TRAINING
A combination of compound exercises, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), core strength and upper body toning. Prepare for reps articulated to hip-hop rhythms in a tough but lively environment. We utilize a combination of dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, swiss balls and resistence bands.
Group training classes are taught by Tara Lyn Emerson at Revolution Fitness located on Montana in Santa Monica.
