ELDOA Level 1 Certification
Instructor: Tara Lyn Emerson
Back pain is the epidemic no one in fitness is trained to fix—until now.
ELDOA bridges the gap between pain and performance with joint-specific exercises that decompress, realign, and restore function.
If you’re a movement professional and don’t have a strategy for spinal health, decompression, and fascial tension… you’re missing a crucial piece of what your clients actually need.
Here’s why:
-
Over 80% of Americans will experience back pain.
-
It’s the #1 cause of years lived with disability worldwide.
-
Diagnostic procedures alone cost $50 billion/year.
-
50% of people who experience low back pain will have another episode within a year.
You don’t need to be a biomechanics nerd to take this course.
You just need to be ready to level up how you help people feel, move, and stand.
📆 Join me for ELDOA 1 this September and walk away with tools that go deeper than foam rolling or core bracing ever could.
Let’s get you in the room.
Course Description
ELDOA 1 is the foundational course in the ELDOA program, created specifically for student-practitioners with minimal or no formal background in spinal anatomy or biomechanics. This immersive two-day course introduces the most frequently used ELDOA exercises of the spine, serving as the essential starting point for anyone looking to progress in the ELDOA system.
